Our mills feature a ceramic CrushGrind® mechanism, designed to grind pepper, salt, most spices, and dried herbs. Freshly grinding spices releases their essential oils for stronger flavour. The CrushGrind® mechanism is fully adjustable, simply turn clockwise for a finer grind and anticlockwise for a coarser texture.
